DIY Target Burlap Pouches

If you've been to Target's Dollar Spot lately, you've probably noticed these little, zip burlap pouches.
Some already have pre-printed designs on them and some are plain, like these. I grabbed two of them and decided to add my own designs.
Using my Cricut, I created a J and then an anchor stencil.
I broke out a black fabric paint pen and simply outlined each design and then colored it in.
Super easy, right?  Just think of all of the possibilities!

  1. Cute!! Probably would make a great way to wrap a little gift, too…just print "happy Birthday" on the front! You always find the cutest things to remake!!

  2. These are so cute and I love the letters and anchor. I just picked up a few pooches in the dollar bins at Michael's and they already have a little design to one side but room to paint or stamp something more. You have inspired me.
    Have a great weekend.
    Hugs
