Mother's Day Randomness

Hope everyone had a lovely Mother's Day!  I got to do exactly what I wanted to: relax, craft and order in Chinese food.
It was a beautiful day and I was able to upcycle some of my recent thrift store finds - like this book stack.
And candle holder.
I got to watch my boys play outside and husband plant our vegetable garden.
Our pool isn't open yet, but I certainly would have dipped my toes in if it had been.  Instead, I was content making a few of these pretty pieces.

    So glad you enjoyed a special day Jeanine. Love your creative treasures you designed. I can't wait to take a dip in the pool too. So much rain here we are not able to swim yet.

    Sounds like the perfect day! I had everyone over here and we (they) had pizza. (I had salad).
