Cloth ghosts and lots of boos.
And that's just the tip of the iceberg!

Love the look of a tattoo, but not ready to take the plunge? Well, do I have a find for you! Introducing LaDot Cosmetics' Tattoo Stones.
Available on Amazon, LaDot creates high-impact temporary tattoos designed for self-expression without the permanence. Whether you're testing a new look, making a statement for a night out, heading to a festival, or just having fun, LaDot lets you wear your art proudly and wash it off easily when you’re ready for something new. LaDot, a division of COLOP Arts & Crafts, is for anyone who wants the edge of a tattoo, minus the needle or regret. With the easy-to-use stamps and high-quality ink, you can achieve a professional-looking temporary tattoo in no time.
To
use, simply apply LaDot's specially formulated cosmetically certified, vegan and cruelty-free temporary tattoo ink to the
stamp, press it gently onto clean, dry skin, and let it dry for a few seconds. The hypoallergenic waterproof ink lasts up to three days depending upon your skin type and is suitable for all skin types. Remove easily with makeup remover or baby oil and re-apply again and again!
I chose the Infinity style, but you can choose from butterflies, music notes, stars, cats, floral designs and more. It was so easy to apply - and this comes from someone who's had her share of mishaps with hand-stamps, lol. How cute is this Day of the Dead stamp for Halloween?!
Prices range from $5.36 for individual stamps to $15.50 for a starter kit. Which style will you choose?

You've probably seen these guys all over your Insta and Tik Tok feeds. They are super easy to make and are quite literally a DIY in under 5.
Here's what I grabbed from Dollar Tree: car rags, floral cones, mini pumpkins and the styrofoam balls. I already had the hot glue and black felt for the eyes. Simply hot glue the ball to the top of the cone and let dry. Drape the rag over the cone and pinch together where you want the ghost to hold the pumpkin. Carefully glue the pumpkin to the "arms." Add the felt "eyes" and you are done! Then sit back and marvel at how you made the cutest ghosts in less than 5 minutes.

Have you seen these cuties at your local Target?! It all started with the ghost and the pink pumpkin, and now Target seems to be adding new variations each year. Yay!
I was able to order these before they sold out - back in early AUGUST! Keep checking your local stores and grab them while you can. They are only $5 each.

Some random projects from a snowy weekend.
Not going to lie, it felt good to get the creative juices flowing - even if the projects only consisted of hand-stamping coffee-stained tags or killing my arm with rub-on transfers.

You've probably seen these frames at your local Dollar Tree. Did you know you could turn them from this...
Into this?
Grab some black and gold acrylic paints. First, paint the frames black (I know it seems counterproductive given the frames are already gold, but stick with me) and allow to dry. Then use your gold to paint over the black. The end result is a gorgeous antique finish. It's hard to believe these are the same frames, right?!
I'm not going to lie: I'm a little obsessed.
This is my next antiquing project (ignore the mess in the reflection!): $25 decorative floor frame from Five Below.
I can't wait to turn it into an under $50 Anthropologie dupe!

I was packing away the Christmas decorations last weekend and realized this Dollar Tree bottle brush tree works just as well for Valentine's Day as it does for Christmas. It's like two holidays for the price of one!
Likewise for this Target bow candle-holder that I upcycled using a tutorial found on Instagram. I've never been a bow-wearing girl, but I do love them for my home decor.
And, yes - I've decided to keep my blog going after all. I missed it, and although I'm not doing as many projects as I used to, I still have the itch to craft. One of my goals for 2025 is to revamp and get this ol' blog going again.
