~memorial day peat pots~

Memorial Day is just three weeks away and I've already started some patriotic projects. These could easily be used for the 4th of July too.  All you need are some peat pots, white paint and faux moss.  Most of the images I used are from The Graphics Fairy or were found on Pinterest.  Super quick and easy project to celebrate Memorial Day!
