If you have some vintage book paper (or sheet music) and some cut-out letters, here's a super easy summer decoration. I whipped up this cute beach banner in between weekend barbeques and the crummy weather.  I used my Cricut to cut out the letters and starfish, but you could easily use chipboard pieces or print directly onto your book paper.
