Sour cream and onion Pringles have never looked so good!  Yes, after enjoying the chips, I saved the canister so I could copycat one of my favorite Pinterest pins.
This was my inspiration.  Lovely, right?  This blogger used an oatmeal canister.  And here's my version using the Pringles canister.
I wrapped the canister in vintage sheet music to start.  Then I printed off this great French image (courtesy The Graphics Fairy) onto plain white paper.  Glued that on over the sheet music.
Once that was dry, I added another French image to the plastic top - which you totally can't see but it is there.  Then I added some glitter around the edges and some tea-stained seam binding.  I couldn't resist adding a little bling too on the front.
I finished up by stringing some bells and a metal star (from Ikea) on more tea-stained seam binding.  I used my hot glue gun to add that to the top.
I love how the star hangs down, and how the grey/silver and pink hues play off each other.  I'm so happy too with how it turned out. And lucky me, Pathmark is having a sale on Pringles so I'm off to stock up so I can make more!

I picked up this little wood drawer at the thrift store last week.  Luckily, it was mild enough yesterday to get some spray painting done.  I gave it a few coats of white spray paint, sanded and then added some Frenchy touches:
First is this little file tag.  It comes pre-packaged with several self-sticking tags and inserts for things like Family Photos, 2012, etc.  I cut out some French poetry book paper instead and added that.
Then I headed over to The Graphics Fairy for the French graphics that appear on both sides.
I used the Mod Podge method to get the graphic on.

I'm loving this little drawer!  It fits my peat pots perfectly so hopefully it will be useful for my new year's resolution of getting more organized.

I have a ton of random fabric filed away in my craft room.  One of my new year's resolutions is to get more organized and de-clutter.  So while I was going through my fabric pieces, I realized I had a piece that was long enough for a quick farmhouse towel.
This great image is from The Graphics Fairy.  I like the red and angels for the holidays but I like the sheep and Frenchy text for throughout the year.  I used transfer paper to add it to the front of the towel.
The red ticking I bought from the Somerset Shoppe over a year ago.  Not enough to do a pillow or something larger but just enough to use on my towel.  I attached it using fabric glue and some clothes pins.

How easy was that!  All you need is some fabric, transfer paper, image, ticking, clothes pins and fabric glue.  And about 15-20 minutes which includes the ironing time and glue drying time.

I picked up this little table a week ago from a garage sale.  I gave it a quick makeover using some Annie Sloan chalk paint and a French graphic I bought from Etsy some time ago.
I gave it two coats of ASCP on Sunday when it was semi-warm out.  Yesterday morning, I took my reversed image and Mod Podged it to the top.  Eight hours later, I used a wet paper towel to remove the paper - leaving just the graphic.
Once all my paper was off (or at least most of it!), I sanded it down a bit to give it a more aged look.  I then gave the top a coat of clear spray paint to seal the image.

I'm definitely getting better with the Mod Podge transfer method.  Wouldn't quite say I'm an expert yet as I always seem to have some random bits of paper that just won't come off.  Either way, I'm  happy with how my little $5 table turned out.

It's my favorite time of the week: White Wednesday (even if it is only Tuesday)!  This tray was a garage sale find from last year and since I left it out over the summer, it got a little, um, dirty.  So over the weekend I gave it a fresh coat of white paint:
Since I'm keeping it indoors this year, I wanted to give it a Frenchy touch, so I printed out this great image from The Graphics Fairy's DIY blog.  At first I was going to stencil it on using graphite paper but being in a lazy mood, I chose to Mod Podge it on instead.  I distressed the edges ever so slightly for an aged look.
Right now it's on my dining room table displaying my little cloches and Easter eggs.
I really love this graphic!
